Over the last decade, I've worked across startups, public healthcare and enterprise consulting. While the contexts have changed, the way I approach design has remained the same.
 

I start by understanding people, the systems they operate within and the decisions that shape their experiences. Only then do I begin thinking about products, services or interfaces.
 

My work spans product design, service design and creative leadership, but it is grounded in a single belief: clarity comes from understanding complexity, not avoiding it. Whether designing enterprise software, improving healthcare experiences or leading multidisciplinary teams, I focus on making complex systems easier for people to navigate.
