Over the last decade, I've worked across startups, healthcare and enterprise consulting. While the context has changed, the kind of problems I've enjoyed solving haven't.

 

I've found myself drawn to understanding why people make the decisions they do, and how products, systems and organisations can better support those decisions.

 

My work today sits at the intersection of human behaviour and systems thinking. Whether shaping enterprise products, leading creative teams or simplifying complex experiences, I'm interested in bringing clarity to complexity before deciding what to build.

 

I don't believe good design begins with solutions. It begins with understanding.
