About the All team Retreat

The Noora Health 'All Team Retreat' aimed to unite a diverse group of 350 individuals from various cultures and regions. The project involved designing all communication and materials to foster inclusivity and engagement while reinforcing Noora Health’s mission and values.

Challenge

​

Inclusive Communication Design: Developing a comprehensive suite of materials that are both inclusive and impactful, addressing the challenge of diverse cultural contexts and varying levels of familiarity with Noora Health’s mission.

Engagement Strategies: Developing innovative ways to keep a large and diverse audience engaged throughout the event, using visual and interactive elements to capture and retain attention.​

Logistical Coordination: Ensuring that all materials are produced and delivered on time, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and accommodating any last-minute changes.

Design Approach

​

The design approach prioritized creating materials that celebrated diversity and fostered inclusivity, all while adhering to the unique theme of each year’s retreat. We implemented immersive visual strategies and dynamic content delivery methods, ensuring participants from diverse backgrounds felt represented and engaged.

 

These materials were tailored to not only reflect the retreat’s theme but also to deepen the connection to Noora Health’s core values, enhancing both the experience and the message across all touchpoints.

 

My Role

As the Design Lead, I spearheaded the co-creation of all communication and materials for the retreat, ensuring they were not only inclusive but also resonated deeply with a global audience. I crafted a cohesive visual narrative that captured Noora Health’s mission while aligning with the retreat’s theme, striking the balance between engagement and clarity to connect with participants on a meaningful level.
